Host rules

Private events are subject to availability. Rental pricing, food and beverage arrangements, staffing, and any additional services will be agreed upon before booking.

• A signed rental agreement and any required booking payment are needed to confirm your reservation.
• The reserved time must include setup, decorating, and cleanup. Additional time requires prior approval and may incur additional charges.
• Food and beverages must be arranged through Singacoustic unless otherwise approved in writing. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
• Guest count and room layout must be approved in advance. Seated capacity is up to 52 guests.
• Decorations require approval. No glitter, confetti, open flames, or attachments that may damage surfaces.
• Use of the piano, sound system, and other equipment requires prior approval.
• The renter is responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors and any extraordinary cleaning required.
• Events involving minors must be discussed in advance and follow the venue’s current liquor license restrictions.
• Payment deadlines, cancellation terms, and any damage deposit will be specified in the rental agreement.
