Our selected rooms include amenities such as a heating pad, hot towel cabinet, and manual lift-back massage table.
Prices
• Full-time hire is $1,000 per month.
• Half-time hire (3.5 days/week) is $600 per month.

• Respect the quiet atmosphere. Please keep voices and music at a considerate volume.
• No smoking, vaping, or recreational drug use anywhere in the building or suite.
• No parties or large social gatherings.
• No glitter, confetti, smoke machines, fog machines, open flames, or candles.
• No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives on walls without prior approval.
• Furniture and décor may be moved but must be returned to their original locations before departure.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their booking.
• Leave the space in the same condition you found it. Please remove all personal belongings and dispose of trash.
• Do not exceed the maximum occupancy listed for the space.
• Children must remain supervised at all times.
• Service animals are welcome. Please inquire regarding other animals before booking.
• Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and in compliance with applicable laws.
• The space may not be used for any illegal activities.
• Please respect neighboring businesses when arriving and departing.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
