About this space
The Barn is the heart of Highland Oaks and the main reception space, seating up to 300 guests. It is a restored white barn with high open rafters, string lighting, and wide doors that open onto the grounds, so the room stays bright through dinner and dark and warm once the dancing starts.
Booking the Barn means booking the whole property for a full 12-hour day. That includes the outdoor ceremony site in the oak woods, private bridal and groom suites, and free parking on 36 acres, so the ceremony, dinner, and reception all happen in one place without moving your guests.
Catering is open, so you bring the caterer you want, and there is a prep area on site for them. All alcohol is served through the venue's in-house bar, with service until 11:00 pm.

Prices
Rates shown are starting rates and vary by season. Peak months are April, May, and September through November. Saturdays in peak season are the highest rate; weekdays and off-peak dates are the lowest. Contact us for a quote on your specific date.
The on-site cottage is available for the wedding party the night of the event for $500.

Host rules
• No smoking inside any building. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
• All alcohol must be purchased through Highland Oaks and served by our licensed in-house bartenders. No outside alcohol may be brought onto the property.
• Bar service ends at 11:00 pm. Amplified music must also end at 11:00 pm unless additional hours have been purchased in advance.
• The rental is a 12-hour window scheduled with the venue manager. All guests, vendors, decor, and personal items must be off the property by the end of that window.
• Outside caterers are welcome and may use the on-site prep area. Caterers are responsible for removing their own equipment, food, and trash.
• Any damage to the buildings, grounds, or furnishings will be charged to the client.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
