About this space
Luemen Hall is the main event space on the ground floor and can host up to 170 guests. It includes a stage for a band or DJ, a full-service bar, a large wooden dance floor, and a carpeted seating area. Round tables and chairs are provided for guests, along with rectangular tables for things like gifts, desserts, or DJ setup.
The space is kept simple and neutral, so it’s easy to decorate for different types of celebrations. It works for a wide range of events, as long as they are banquet-style with food and drinks provided by the venue. Buffet and family-style service are both available, and outside desserts are welcome. Staff can also cut and serve the cake for guests.

Prices
Room rental fees: $100 for downstairs; $200 for Luemen Hall
Linen fee: dependent on the details of the event
Coffee: $50 for coffee self-service station; $1 per person for table service at family-style events

Entrees: baked chicken, fried chicken, Italian beef sandwiches (buffet only), Italian sausage with peppers, Polish sausage with sauerkraut, roast pork in gravy
Sides: baby carrots, bowtie pasta with broccoli, green beans, cocktail meatballs, garden salad with choice of dressing (Italian, French, garlic, garlic pesto, ranch, thousand island), Italian mixed vegetables, corn, cold salad (macaroni, pasta, potato), mostaccioli with marinara or meat sauce, ravioli (cheese or meat) with marinara or meat sauce, Spanish rice, streamed broccoli, mashed potatoes with gravy
Premium entrees (additional $2.50 per person): boneless chicken Vesuvio, chicken parmesan, lasagna with marinara or meat sauce, sauteed chicken in lemon wine sauce, meatballs in marinara, sauteed shrimp in lemon wine sauce, sauteed whitefish in lemon wine sauce
Premium sides (additional $2.00 per person): fettucine alfredo, garlic mashed potatoes, angel hair pasta in garlic oil sauce with tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella, Italian romaine salad with choice of dressing, Vesuvio potatoes

Host rules
- No smoking in the building; designated smoking areas available outside
- No outside food or drink allowed, besides dessert, to be brought inside or outside the venue without previous discussion
- Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service; no shots of liquor allowed at open bar events (shots can be purchased at our main lounge)
- No smoke/fog machines allowed
- No loose glitter, confetti, or other similar items
- No glasses allowed on the dance floor
