- Use of the Indoors of the House is Not Included; it requires a Separate Fee and Approval.
- Portable Bathrooms for all the spaces must be acquired by the renting party. The property is on septic and cannot handle use by service crews or guests.
- The property owners have designated two preferred vendors for valet and security, which are required for all events.
- Aside from valet and security, the property has no preferred vendor list.
