About this space

Outdoor Patio is a semi-private outdoor space at Fermentation House defined by a canopy of overhead string lights that creates an identifiable evening setting.

Design: The space has an open-plan layout on a paved surface with mixed café tables, barrel-top accents, and scattered trees that preserve sightlines across the area.

Features: A PA system and allowance for guest music or a hired DJ provide amplified sound for performances or playlists. The area includes on-site Wi‑Fi, natural daylight, and noise restrictions that apply to evening use. The space has a step-free guest entrance, wheelchair access, and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social standing reception or an informal seated gathering in an accessible outdoor setting.

What guests say: The outdoor area is spacious and relaxed, and the seating arrangement supports a welcoming, community-oriented atmosphere.
