Ayama Yoga is a specially designed space with dim light, candles, sacred music, and superb acoustics making it easy to turn inward and engage in the journey.
Our center offers over 35 classes a week in various styles of Yoga, such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Aerial, Pre/post-natal, Universal, and Kids Yoga with experienced, caring, and inspiring teachers. All our classes are hands-on, where mixed-level practitioners of all ages find individualized attention, knowledgeable help, and nurturing guidance.

The space offers 1,000 sq. ft. of practice area, equipped with all the necessary Yoga props (mats, blocks, belts, blankets, bolsters, chairs, walls), including 18 spots set up for aerial Yoga/silks, and special impact-resistant flooring.
There are 4 wall-mounted speakers with a high-end system offering cable and Bluetooth connectivity, ‘blue’ lights, disinfecting UVC lights, and blackout blinds for total darkness.
