Natural daylight is available and can be adjusted to suit different productions.
A separate area is available for podcast recording and interviews, with seating for solo or group sessions. The studio also includes a lounge for guests, a private area for wardrobe changes and makeup, restrooms, air conditioning, and plenty of outlets for production equipment.
Parking is available nearby, and the space offers convenient access for loading cameras, lighting, props, and other gear.
Guests are welcome to bring their own equipment, and the team can assist with special setup requests if arranged in advance.

Host rules
• Booking time includes setup, breakdown, and cleanup. Overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate and charged in 30-minute increments.
• Maximum occupancy must be respected. Unapproved additional guests may result in extra fees or immediate cancellation without refund.
• No drilling, nailing, mounting, tape, or wall adhesives. No moving large furniture without approval.
• Guests may bring their own equipment but must return all items and furniture to their original place.
• Excessive noise is not permitted. Be respectful of neighbors at all times.
• Light snacks and bottled drinks allowed. No open flames, candles, fog machines, glitter, confetti, or smoke effects. Alcohol only with prior approval.
• No pets or animals unless approved in advance.
• Space must be left clean. Failure to do so will result in a cleaning fee.
• Any damage to the space, furniture, walls, floors, or equipment will be charged to the booking guest.
• The booking guest is fully responsible for all attendees. The host is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
