Respect the Property – Please treat the house, garden, pool, and furniture with care.

Guests Only – Only the number of guests agreed upon in the booking is allowed.

Noise Levels – Music is allowed at a reasonable volume. No loud music or DJs after 10:00 PM (city regulations).

Pool & Jacuzzi – Use at your own risk. No glassware near or inside the pool.

Furniture – Do not move or drag the solid wood dining table or chaises without prior approval.

Smoking – Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

Food & Drinks – Outside catering is allowed. Please clean up after use.

Alcohol – Alcohol is permitted for guests over 21. Excessive drinking or irresponsible behavior is not tolerated.

Parking – Free street parking is available. Do not block neighbors’ driveways.

Pets – Allowed only upon request and must be supervised at all times.

Trash – Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins.

Event Setup & Breakdown – Setup and cleanup must be completed within the rental time. Extra hours will be charged if the space is not vacated on time.

Security Deposit – Any damages will be charged to the guest.
