Any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment will result in additional charges.
Alcohol consumption is permitted only for guests of legal drinking age and must comply with local regulations.

Decorations are allowed but must be approved in advance; no nails, screws, or permanent adhesives may be used on walls or ceilings.
Confetti, glitter, or similar materials are not permitted unless prior approval is granted.

All events must end at the agreed-upon time, including guest departure and music.
Outside vendors are allowed with prior approval from the venue.
The venue must be left in reasonable condition at the end of the event.
