Host rules
Client assumes full responsibility for the behavior of all attendees and service providers.
No smoking or illegal substances on premises.
No open flames or pyrotechnics
ARPI reserves the right to exclude or remove any person deemed objectionable without liability.
Events must comply with all local laws and venue rules.
Events must start and end promptly within the agreed time.
Everything must be removed from the venue once the event is over. ARPI must approve otherwise.
Only licensed and insured caterers are permitted.
Alcohol may be served only with the proper permits and insurance.
No cooking is allowed onsite; a catering prep area is provided.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day
