This functional space can fit up to 800 guests standing and 200 seated banquet style. It offers built-in bathrooms, convenient access, and kitchen capabilities. Custom doors also open accordion style to create a unique indoor/outdoor space, complete with an outdoor garden oasis.

Host rules

To successfully host and execute your event, we require the following two weeks prior to
your event date:
- Load in & load out schedules
- Event run of show, floorplan, and a contact sheet
- List of vendors (with) Certificates of Insurance (COI)
- Power requirements
NOISE ORDINANCE:
- There is no noise ordinance inside of Paradise Plaza Event Space.
- There is an 11pm noise ordinance for the exterior/terrace area.
- There is a citywide noise ordinance of 11:00pm that applies to the terrace area, please be respectful of our neighbors after this time.
CATERING:
- Live cooking is permitted within the venue kitchen with advance notice and a $500
cleaning fee. There is no open flame cooking allowed within the indoor venue. There’s no
refrigerator nor ice machine maker in the space. With advance notice, outdoor cooking
can take place in the garden given that the catering company provides proper protective
mats, to be used under all cooking equipment, and on-site fire extinguishers.
- All items must be removed at the conclusion of the event.
NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE VENUE:
- Cold sparks
- Hazers
- Smoke Machine
- Fireshows
- Smoking
- No incense or sage
- CO2
- No propane tanks indoors (outdoors is allowed however, must be communicated in advance)
* If any of the above is violated, the fire alarm and water sprinklers will go off.
The Fire Department will respond and you will be responsible for the inconvenience fee.

At 7,800 square feet, Paradise Plaza Event Space is a unique space in Miami's Design District. It may be adapted to any occasion, from weddings and large cocktail parties to art exhibits and fashion shows. Incredible views of the District are offered by the venue, while that of the Museum Garage sets an ambiance for a unique experience. This utilitarian space accommodates up to 800 standing guests and 200 seated banquet style. The venue has built-in bathrooms, access, and kitchen capabilities. Custom accordion-style doors open to create a unique indoor/outdoor space, which includes an outdoor garden oasis.
