This space is PRODUCTION, MEETING & EVENT READY! We have experience hosting everything from baby showers, birthday parties, brand activations, company meetings, magazine shoots and productions of all sizes at our 100+ locations NATIONWIDE. Additional rooms can be made available for cast and crew holding, video village, etc. Event rentals, production equipment & lighting rentals are also available upon request! We will even provide a site-rep (free of charge) to answer all of your questions on the day of your booking!

Host rules
• No smoking
• No alcohol
• Sexually explicit content is not allowed
• Do not disturb neighbors: the booking will be canceled without a refund if you receive a noise complaint or if the neighbors communicate a disturbance to the Host
• All drone use must be approved by the host in advance
• No sitting/standing on the edge of the building! Your booking will be immediately cancelled
• No climbing ladders or onto structures
• No animals or pets. Purchase add-on to waive this rule ($150)
• Do not move furniture. Purchase add-on to waive this rule ($100)
• Guests must completely reset the property before leaving
• Nudity is not allowed anywhere outdoors or on the balconies
• No eating/drinking. Purchase add-on to waive this rule ($150). Water and coffee allowed. Bookings with 16+ guests may eat/drink without purchasing the add-on
Booking times & overtime
• Arrive early to give yourself enough time to find parking and navigate to the location
• Your booking includes setup and cleanup time and will end right at the time specified on your confirmation email
• You can request a 5-minute grace period at the end of your booking if there is no other booking immediately after yours
• You will be charged an overtime fee of 1.5x the hourly booking rate for any time spent at the location after your booking has ended
Violations & damage
• Your booking will be canceled without a refund if you violate any of these rules. The host also reserves the right to charge a fee after your booking if any rules are violated
• Please ask the host if there are any rules you would like waived, e.g. removing the No Food rule if you would like to cater for your guests
• You will be charged for any damage caused to the space during your booking at 100% of the value of the repair cost or item plus tax and any shipping fees
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
