Our outdoor courtyard at 409 Woodbury is a spacious, gated open-air setting tucked in the foothills of Altadena. Designed to feel relaxed, flexible, and welcoming, the space works beautifully for celebrations, baby showers, first birthdays, milestone events, pop-ups, vendor activations, productions, content shoots, and community gatherings.
The outdoor area is approximately 5,500 sq ft and includes a large gated back lot, string lights, two pergola areas, an outdoor stage, lounge seating, umbrellas, tables, chairs, restroom access, and support space through our Gallery Room.
The Social Alley adds a charming side area that works well for the main entrance, food service, bar setup, vendor stations, photo moments, check-in, dessert displays, or a quieter overflow space during larger events.
This outdoor rental is a great fit for guests who want an open-air event with room for dining, activities, entertainment, and a natural flow between spaces. Capacity is available for up to 125 guests, depending on layout, seating, vendors, rentals, and overall event flow.
Good to Know
Outdoor rentals are booked separately from the indoor venue unless a full venue buyout is selected. Weekday bookings may have more flexible pricing, while weekend events are typically booked in event blocks. Outside food and vendors are welcome with proper insurance. Music must follow local sound guidelines and end by 10:00 PM. Event insurance and a refundable damage deposit may be required.
