In the heart of Hermosa Beach, with exposed brick, you would think you were in an old New York Studio.
The space is very multi-functional and could be used for private lessons, semi-private training, meetings, small gatherings, photo/ video shoots (the space can be blacked-out for all-day shooting), recording (we do have a PA system to use), streaming, classes, and more.
The location is directly across the street from many restaurants, the Hermosa Pier, and the beach. The building is accessible 24/7 as the entrance is keyless.
