The venue is a compact, timber‑panelled interior with exposed ceiling beams and a low-to-medium pitched roof. Daylight from multiple windows delivers even illumination and the floor is carpeted and arranged as a furnished domestic living room.
Room features: Full-length mirrors provide a dedicated styling area for wardrobe and make-up, and the fixed seating and rugs allow immediate set dressing without bringing extensive props.
Best for: Lifestyle and portrait photography, small-scale video interviews and product-in-situ shoots.

-Please be prepared to remove shoes, or have clean booties due to the white carpet.
-Please have tennis balls for the bottom of the stands.
-Please do not place equipment on hard surfaces (dining table, kitchen counters) without a furniture pad or protection laid down first.
-Camera tripods must have rubber feet. Tripods with exposed metal feet will not be allowed in the house without proper protection.
-Please ask before adhering anything to walls - be prepared with paper or painter's tape, no gaffer tape or duct tape on interior or exterior walls. (Nothing to be adhered to the colored wall).
-You may move furniture and objects, but please put them back in their original location.
-If it requires using a tool to remove, or opening a cabinet or a drawer, please ask first.
*For crews larger than 15, we do require a portable toilet on site for a second bathroom (we can provide a suggestion, which usually runs less than $100/day).
-Food and drink consumed only in the kitchen area or outside.
-No smoking on the property.
-No animals allowed without prior approval.
-Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
-No Personal Parties.
