Spacious NOHO Modern Home is an ideal place for photo and film sessions.

During the day, there is a lot of natural light, and in the evening, there is ambient lighting. The open main room and kitchen are separated by a dining room table and signature fireplace. There is a lot of space for work in the master bedroom, as well as plenty of natural lighting.

You can use the furniture in any way you like and rearrange it to suit your needs. In addition to the vintage upright piano, the house has a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor patio with a large picnic table, and 8 chairs for craft services. Great for catering!

Wifi and bathrooms are available for film production teams.
