Located in a residential area in South Los Angeles, the property includes four adjoining indoor spaces: a conference room, sunroom, living room, and dining area. The setup allows for breakout groups, roundtable meetings, or relaxed networking events. The house comfortably accommodates 10–30 guests, depending on your layout.
You’ll also have access to a fully functional kitchen with a fridge, sink, and tabletop appliances, making food service or refreshments easy. The backyard offers either 5 parking spots or can be transformed into outdoor seating or event space. An 8-bike rack is also available for guests.
Accessibility is a priority: the house includes a ground-floor wheelchair lift and ADA-accessible restroom, with a second restroom upstairs.
