INSURANCE: Copy of Insurance is required.
FURNITURE MOVEMENT: Upon request ONLY. Please move everything back to its original setting prior to departure.
SMOKING: Permitted outside only, please do not leave cigarette litter.
LOAD-IN/OUT: Plenty of free street parking and a side gate for the property is available. Aside from load-in & out, please ensure the gate remains CLOSED at ALL TIMES. Please do not park in front of neighbor's property directly across from ours.
FOOD & BEVERAGE: Catering is permitted, but must be enjoyed in backyard ONLY.
TRASH: Please remove all your trash prior to departure.
NOISE RESTRICTION: No loud music after 10pm.
