2-Wall White Cyclorama
The layout includes the studio space with a cyclorama wall, as well as the kitchen/break room, hair/makeup room, dressing room, bathroom, mezzanine, and lobby. We also have a roll-up bay door for vehicle access or easy load-in for equipment.
Other amenities include high-speed wi-fi, a SONOS sound system, a swamp cooler, aerial rigging points, and 20 parking spaces.
Crew Maximum is 20 people.
2-hour booking minimum.

Host rules
Bringing a vehicle inside the studio will be an extra $150 charge.
General rules
• all conduct within the studio must be professional, ethical, and legal.
• no smoking for personal use in the studio building.
• no equipment or props may leave the studio at any time.
• renter may invite guests and clients into the studio, but everyone is required to sign a studio liability waiver.
• renter may not leave the studio unattended at any time. If the renter must leave the
Premises, a manager or agent of son studios must be called in to attend the studio before the renter may leave.
• parking is only permitted in the parking spots in front of or on the side of the building.
Additional parking must be arranged prior.
• any cleaning, repairs, and/or painting that is required to bring the studio back to its original condition will be at the renter’s expense.
• the studio may terminate a rental contract early if the studio rules are not followed.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
With permission, some chairs/couches, and props can be moved around the space to enhance the shooting area.
Smoke machines are allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
