Our 2,400 sq. ft. creative warehouse studio is designed for professional photography, video production, music videos, content creation, interviews, livestreams, podcasts, and branded shoots.
The studio features a large custom cyclorama wall measuring 12 ft high x 25 ft wide x 20 ft deep, providing a seamless backdrop ideal for commercial productions, fashion shoots, automotive setups, music videos, and cinematic filming.

Host rules
• No smoking, vaping, or drug use inside the building
• No alcohol permitted on the premises
• No nudity or explicit/adult content productions
• No illegal activities of any kind
• No firearms or weapons allowed inside the studio
• No glitter, confetti, powder, paint, fake blood, smoke bombs, or messy materials without prior approval
• No excessive noise outside of booked studio hours
• Music must remain at respectful levels when doors are open
Food & Drinks
• Outside food and beverages are welcome
• Catering is allowed
• Please clean up all food, trash, and spills before the end of your booking
• Use coasters and avoid placing drinks near equipment
• No open drinks near cameras, lighting equipment, computers, or audio gear
Studio Care
• Clients are responsible for any damage caused during their booking
• Furniture and equipment must be returned to their original placement
• Please respect the cyclorama wall and avoid stepping on it with dirty shoes
• Notify staff immediately if equipment is damaged or malfunctioning
• Do not drag heavy objects across the studio floor
Equipment Usage
• Equipment included with booking must be handled professionally and carefully
• Only authorized or experienced users should operate studio lighting and gear
• Lost or damaged equipment may result in additional fees
• All borrowed gear must be returned before checkout
Booking & Time Policies
• Booking time includes setup and breakdown
• Overtime will be billed accordingly
• Please arrive and leave within your reserved time slot
• Late departures may result in additional charges
Guests & Capacity
• All guests and crew members must follow studio rules
• Please notify us in advance for large productions or high guest counts
• Children must be supervised at all times
