About this space
The venue can accommodate up to 60 seated guests for private parties, weddings, baby showers, birthdays, workshops and other special occasions.
The space features the main event room, a foyer, a lounge, a kitchenette and a small private room. Included in the hire are lighting and sound systems, tables and chairs.
Prices
• 50% Non-refundable deposit is required to book for events 30+ days in advance.
• Final payment is required 30 days before the event.
• All timeframe options automatically include a cleaning fee.
• Timeframes are set and cannot be adjusted.
• Timeframes include set-up time, event time, and break-down time.
Alcoholic Beverages - Beer & Wine: Permitted at no additional charge; must be stored in our kitchenette area.
Hard Liquor: Allowed only with our in-house bar service: $350 flat fee, includes 1 professional bartender (4 hours), mobile bar setup, 3x 16 bags of ice, 9oz cups, napkins and cocktail straws. All juices, mixers, garnishes, and liquor must be provided by the client.
Not included in the hire fee: Table linens, decorations, food, and entertainment. These services are available for an additional cost. We also offer additional rental items, such as a photo booth, throne chairs, baby blocks, a champagne wall, etc.
