Set against panoramic Las Vegas, mountain, and golf course views, this approximately 6,000-square-foot residence features expansive indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, a stunning infinity pool and spa, fire features, elegant contemporary interiors, and multiple areas for dining, cocktails, photography, and entertainment.
Rose & Revelry is ideal for corporate events, holiday parties, executive dinners, cocktail receptions, brand activations, product launches, photo and video productions, influencer events, intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, milestone celebrations, and private gatherings.
Our goal is to make hosting effortless. In addition to venue rental, we can help coordinate catering, bartending, décor, rentals, photography, entertainment, and event setup to create a more turnkey experience.
Whether you're planning an intimate executive dinner, an elegant company holiday party, a memorable celebration, or a branded production, Rose & Revelry provides the privacy and exclusivity of a luxury residence with a distinctly Las Vegas backdrop.

Host rules
Rose & Revelry is a private luxury residence in a guard-gated community. Guests and vendors are expected to respect the property and surrounding neighborhood.
• Guest List: First and last names of attendees must be provided in advance for gate access. Guest count may not exceed the approved booking.
• Parking: Approximately 5 vehicles fit in the driveway. Street parking is available. Valet service is required for events with 50+ attendees.
• Event Hours: Events, setup and breakdown must occur during the contracted hours unless additional time is approved.
• Noise: Music and entertainment are permitted at reasonable levels. Outdoor noise must remain respectful of the residential setting.
• Vendors: Outside caterers, bartenders, planners, photographers, florists and other professional vendors are welcome with prior approval.
• Alcohol: Alcohol may be served to guests 21+. Professional bartending may be required.
• Décor: Décor is welcome. No permanent attachments, glitter or confetti. Open flames require approval.
• Pool & Spa: Use requires advance approval. No glassware is permitted in the pool area.
• Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the residence.
• Photography/Production: Photography and filming are welcome. Drones, large equipment and specialty production setups require approval.
• Insurance: A Certificate of Insurance may be required depending on the event.
• Property Care: Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear.
• Cleanup: The property must be left in substantially the same condition in which it was received.
• Changes: Additional guests, vendors or changes to the approved event require prior approval.
Rose & Revelry reserves the right to approve event details based on guest count, event type, parking, production requirements and community considerations.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
