Asana Soul Practice is located at 411 Jefferson Street, and was established in 2016 as a wellness spot for both beginners and seasoned yogis. The studio features a natural setting with abundant light, high ceilings, a great quality sound system with curated playlists to complement practices. There are live DJ sessions with DJ Prana, a co-founder of the studio.
Essentials oils are provided, aromatherapy is included in the package to encourage relaxation, along with massages for restoration and relaxation. Classes like Yin Yoga and Asana Stretch in flexibility and Vinyasa style classes are help with breathing. The dynamic of classes offered attracts a lot of people to the studio. For a deep meditation session, the instructors play Bamboo flutes and Tibetan sounds to help clients to meditate. The reception offers complimentary tea and the studio provides mats, blankets, bolsters and blocks There are various workshops hosted and events that feature the community.
