- Restore everything to its original setting before leaving.
- Smoking is allowed only outside; please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
- Keep the gate closed at all times.
- Do not block any neighbor’s driveways.
- Small gatherings (10 people or fewer), like luncheons, must be held outdoors in the backyard. No indoor or large parties are allowed.
- Catering is permitted but must be enjoyed outdoors. Cooking on-site is not allowed.
- Remove all trash and take it with you when you leave.
- No loud music after 10 p.m.
