Renting the entire third floor is our most popular venue selection, and it gives you the most flexibility in regards to layout, with about 9,500 usable square feet, making your wedding flow so smoothly, and being perfect to host birthday parties, corporate events, graduation parties, weddings, and more, with a maximum capacity of over 1320 people!

We are located on the third floor of the historic Old Bag Factory in Goshen, Indiana, and our clients love our unique loft-style venue that is complete with modern amenities.
Our large space features centuries-old brick, exposed beams, and the original 1896 hardwood floors are stunning, creating the perfect setting for your event.
