To ensure a smooth event, the Commercial Building maintains a smoke-free environment and requires all activities to conclude by 11 PM. As the lessee, you are responsible for the conduct of your guests and any damage to the property. Cleanup is also the lessee's responsibility, including sweeping floors, wiping up spills, and ensuring all garbage is bagged and moved to the dumpster, with barrels placed outside following the event.
