About this space
A fully customizable green space, filled with nature sounds and away from the rush of the city. A garden and hammocks lie within this space, as well as a communal fire pit. Oversized game area, patio, fireplace, and kayak rental are surrounded by fairy lights in their own outdoor section tucked away from the rest of the green space.
This is the perfect spot for your next wedding-especially for those that are child and dog friendly-or even your next team-building session. We are a family and animal friendly venue, meaning everyone is welcome here. We're also an equal opportunity venue, we'll host any type of event. From graduation party, celebration of life, bar or bat mitzvah, to weddings, we would love to be part of your special events, are sure to be a place you cannot forget.

Occupancy: Maximum of 4 guests per bungalow unless prior written approval is given.
Quiet hours: Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM; keep noise to a minimum and respect other guests.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside any bungalow; designated outdoor smoking areas only.
Pets: Pets are allowed only in pet-designated bungalows; pets must be supervised, leashed in common areas, and owners must clean up after them.
River access: River access is for registered guests only; guests must follow all posted safety rules at the boat ramp and river.
Parking: Park only in assigned parking areas; do not block other vehicles, roadways, or the boat ramp. Trailers and oversized vehicles require prior approval.
Fires and grills: Open fires are permitted only in designated fire pits; grills are available for guest use and must be cleaned after use.
No illegal activity: No illegal drugs, illegal weapons, or illegal activity of any kind on the property.
Garbage and recycling: Dispose of trash and recycling in the provided receptacles; do not leave garbage outside bungalows overnight.
Respect property: No removal or damage of property, fixtures, or landscaping; damage will result in additional charges.
Events and gatherings: Events or gatherings above the bungalow occupancy require prior approval and may incur additional fees.
Check‑in/out: Observe posted check‑in and check‑out times; late check-out requires prior approval.
Safety and liability: Follow posted safety instructions for water activities and property features; guests use amenities at their own risk.
Access for host/maintenance: Management may enter units for repairs, inspections, or emergencies with reasonable notice when possible.
