Located in Westside Costa Mesa, just 1.5 miles from Newport Beach, this 4,000 sq. ft. venue is perfect for both casual and special events, such as Wedding receptions, Birthdays, Company Popups, Company parties, etc. It features a large outdoor bar and kitchen, a custom stage with Bluetooth speakers, and a microphone. There are plenty of fun activities available, including axe throwing, 2 cornhole sets, and multiple fire pits. The venue also includes 2 bathrooms, vanity, and ample storage space. 2 smokeless fire pits with charcoal use for up to 6 hours. 3 propane fire pits with tank use for up to 6 hours. Additional cost for more than 6 hour use.

Host rules
1. Smoking is allowed within the gates of the venue, but not in the front driveway or near the street.
2. Please avoid loud voices or playing music after 12 a.m.
3. Do not park in neighboring businesses; free parking is available on nearby streets.
4. Check-in is at 3 p.m., and checkout is at 11 a.m.
5. Please do not flush foreign objects in the toilet.
