The Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue is perfect for couples who want to celebrate their big day in a one-of-a-kind rustic setting. We offer an 8-hour or 12-hour package... where you get access to various needed spaces for your special day.
Organize your ceremony at our beautiful outdoor ceremony area, complete with stairs for the bride to walk down. Afterwards, head over to the Western Town with a Saloon, where you can enjoy drinks and hors d'oeuvres before the reception in the barn. Our Event Barn with Stage is the perfect location for your reception, that includes a wonderful sound system with wireless mics, tables and chairs to seat up to 120 people with an adequate dance floor to dance the night away!
We also offer a special treat for the groom. He can prepare for his big day in the Groom's Suite located in the old Jail! The bride will also get a chance to get ready in our Suite Caroline Room, located in the Log Cabin Guesthouse.
For some added fun, use our fire pit for roasting marshmallows and making s'mores!

Please bring your own firewood for the fire pit, as well as 33 gallons bags for the clean up.
Pets are allowed with a $50 per pet non-refundable fee (2 max)
Outside catering is allowed, bring your own food or we can provide you with info from our preferred vendors.
BYO alcohol is allowed, but you must hire a licensed and insured bartender if you plan to serve your guests.

There is a real history to this venue like no other around which makes it even more unique!
It was built over 40 years ago by a local Cowboy musician, so he could perform for his family & friends and he used materials from historical sites in Johnson County, so it is truly authentic to the 1860’s!
The Chisholm Trail Rustic Venue sits on over 4 acres and has an authentic Western Town with a Saloon, a Fire Pit, a Jail, a Chowline, an Event Barn, an Outdoor Ceremony Area, an Outdoor Pavilion and so much more.....there's no other place quite like it!
We host weddings, showers, reunions, corporate meetings or socials, Quinceaneras, photo shoots, film location, kids and adult birthday parties, anniversary parties, graduation parties, holiday parties, rehearsal dinners, retirement parties, girl's or guy's night out, fundraisers, celebration of life memorials, gender reveals.....basically anything worth celebrating.
