About this space
The main room fits up to 30 guests and comes with its own private bar area. You can set it up for seated events or keep it more open for standing.
It works well for things like birthdays, bridal showers, engagement parties, work drinks, or small get-togethers. There’s a full bar with wine, cocktails, and beer, plus charcuterie boards and a few gaming machines if people want something to do.

$85 per hour (includes use of main event space and one 6-foot table with tablecloth)

Deposit Required: A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Damage: Any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment will result in additional charges.
Cleaning: Excessive cleaning beyond normal use will incur extra fees. Renters are responsible for cleaning up all decorations and party accessories they bring in.
Food & Drink Consumption: All food and beverage consumption on the day of the event will be settled at the conclusion of the party.
Alcohol Policy: Alcohol must be consumed on-site only. No outside alcohol is allowed. A bartender will handle all service.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
Pets: No pets are allowed unless they are service animals.
Live Music: Live music is allowed as long as it follows local ordinances.
Event Conduct: Guests are expected to respect the space and follow all local laws and ordinances.
Capacity Limits: Maximum capacity must not be exceeded for safety and comfort.
Event Overtime: If the event goes over the booked time, guests will be charged in increments of the next half hour.
Setup & Decorations: Any setup or decorations must be approved in advance; nothing may be permanently attached to walls or fixtures.
Parking: Street parking is available for guests.
