Host rules
1. Booked Time: Your reservation starts when you and your crew arrive and ends when you leave. Include setup and breakdown time in your booking.
2. Clean-Up: Please leave the studio as you found it. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if extra cleaning is needed.
3. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
4. Catering: Outside catering is permitted.
5. Alcohol: No alcohol allowed unless approved with an event permit.
6. Parking: Street parking is limited; alternative parking is recommended for large groups.
