This sound-treated podcast studio is ideal for up to 6 people. Enjoy easy, plug-and-record sessions. It includes four mics, headphones, a RodeCaster Pro board, an ATEM Mini Pro switcher, two PTZ cameras, and a 55-inch screen for monitoring or display.
Additional features include Wi-Fi, in-room speakers, and a mounted LED light panel. On-site producer support is available for an added fee. Free parking and wheelchair access are provided.

* The person booking must be present and is responsible for all guests.
* All guests must read and follow the house rules.
* Only the primary guest may contact us with requests.
* No smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed only in the front or back parking areas.
* No pets, smoking, or grilling on the property without prior approval. Service dogs must be confirmed in advance.
* No parties or events. Guests may visit within reason—no loud music or indoor smoking.
* Do not bring in outside furniture without approval.
* Security cameras are active; guest count is monitored.
* Maintenance hours:
* Mon–Fri: 8am–8pm EST
* Sat: 9am–5pm EST
* Sun: Based on availability
Issues reported outside these hours will be handled the next day.
