1. Leave the space as you found it and tidy up after your event. Include setup and teardown time in your booking.
2. No nails, screws, or staples on the walls. Remove any tape properly, and decorations cannot block emergency signs or exits.
3. Damages will be billed to the card on file.
4. Remove all decorations and debris, and ensure the space is clean before your booking ends.
5. Place garbage in designated bins.
6. Alcohol must be disclosed in the booking request and served in compliance with local laws. The booking guest must be 21+.
7. No smoking or drug use. Violations may result in fines.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
