Host rules
• No open flames, candles, fireworks, or other hazardous materials without prior written approval.
• The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity listed on the booking.
• Only the activities described and approved in the booking are permitted.
• Outside vendors, entertainment, catering, DJs, or special equipment are allowed
• Alcohol is permitted only when legally allowed and in accordance with all applicable laws
• Guests are responsible for the conduct of everyone attending their event.
• Decorations are welcome but may not cause permanent damage to walls, ceilings, floors, doors, or furniture. No nails, screws, staples, or permanent adhesives.
• No glitter, confetti, silly string, or similar materials (may be brought if you clean it)
• Guests must remain within the areas included in their booking and may not enter restricted areas.
• Please respect neighboring businesses, residents, and the surrounding property. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Setup and breakdown must take place within the reserved booking time.
• Guests must leave the space by the scheduled end time unless additional time has been approved through Peerspace.
• Any damage to the property or equipment must be reported to the host immediately.
• Guests must comply with all applicable laws, permits, safety requirements, and Peerspace policies.
• The host reserves the right to stop activities that create a safety risk or violate the agreed booking terms.
