The LES Storefront Gallery is a bright, street-level space with floor-to-ceiling windows that pull in tons of natural light. Its clean white walls and open floor plan make it ideal for art shows, pop-ups, or creative events that want visibility from the busy Lower East Side streets.
Prices
One-time site rep fee of $100 during the event and a cleaning fee of $100 should be paid directly to the venue before the event starts.
Furniture rental: Chairs ($2 each up to 17), Bar Tables ($12 each up to 2. With bar table cloths $20 each. The rental fee should be paid directly to the venue when the order is made).

General Rules
- The renters must provide their own items (garbage bags, tablecloths, etc.) for the space unless otherwise negotiated.
- A specific time frame must be determined, including setup and take down.
- Guests are responsible for covering damages to the space.
- Smoking and cooking are not allowed on the premises. Wine and beer are acceptable.
- Light music is allowed from a laptop or cell phone. DJ, loud music, and dancing are not allowed.
- If alcohol is served, Renter is required to hire one security guard at the space entrance to make sure that all guests in the event space are on the eventee's list, due to NYC regulations.
- Maximum capacity is 60 guests.
The maximum capacity of 60 is the building limit, and any more would give us the right to stop the event. Because of the fire hazard laws, it's illegal to go beyond.
- Guests under 21 years old must have adult supervision.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
Spacious Street-Level Art Gallery is a Tagvenue Partner. This business has registered with Tagvenue and agreed to our venue partner standards.
