About this space

Function Room is a private dining space in the Royal Windsor pub that features original dark wood panelling and an intimate, compact layout.

Design: The room pairs painted plaster walls and sash windows with patterned upholstered chairs and hardwood floors, sitting beneath low ceilings with exposed joists and steady natural light.

Features: The space includes complimentary Wi‑Fi, air conditioning, step‑free access and accessible toilets. The layout uses movable tables and a mix of upholstered and wooden chairs that can be rearranged for dining or social layouts. A wall‑mounted television and a nearby service counter provide AV support and a staffed serving point.

Ideal for: The room suits intimate, seated dinners or relaxed social drinks for local friend groups and small work teams.

What guests say: The space is welcoming, staffed by attentive team members, and retains a relaxed neighbourhood pub atmosphere.
