Host rules
● No external food or drink may be brought into the venue, with the exception of celebration cakes by prior arrangement.
● A deposit or pre-authorisation may be required to secure your booking.
● Deposits are redeemable against your final bill unless otherwise stated.
● Pre-authorisations are not charged unless the cancellation policy is breached, guest numbers are significantly reduced, or the booking terms are not met.
● Pre-orders are required for larger groups and private dining bookings.
● Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance of your event.
● We reserve the right to amend table allocations should guest numbers change.
● Any damage caused to the venue, furnishings, or equipment may be chargeable.
● Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive.
