Located in central Stratford-upon-Avon, The Baraset Barn offers exclusive use of the restored venue for larger events.

Exclusive hire works for weddings, milestone celebrations, corporate events, product launches, and private parties, giving you and your guests complete privacy across the restaurant, bar, gardens, and boutique accommodation.

The events team works with you on the food and drink packages, private dining options, and accommodation arrangements, building the event around your booking.

All hotel bedrooms are reserved as part of an exclusive hire booking. Accommodation charges are additional to both the exclusive hire fee and the minimum food and beverage spend. Preferred accommodation rates are included in your proposal.

The Baraset Barn combines the restaurant, outdoor spaces, and boutique accommodation in one location.

Host rules

No external food or drink may be brought into the venue, with the exception of celebration cakes by prior arrangement.
A deposit or pre-authorisation may be required to secure your booking.
Deposits are redeemable against your final bill unless otherwise stated.
Pre-authorisations are not charged unless the cancellation policy is breached, guest numbers are significantly reduced, or the booking terms are not met.
Pre-orders are required for larger groups and private dining bookings.
Final guest numbers must be confirmed in advance of your event.
We reserve the right to amend table allocations should guest numbers change.
Any damage caused to the venue, furnishings, or equipment may be chargeable.
Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or abusive.
