About this space
Inside the CakeSmith room We have two large tables with seating for 12 around the tables. Bench space or standing room is also available.
Full kitchen supplies, two fridges, four ovens, two microwaves, and washing facilities.
We have full refreshments on offer for you to help yourselves. Savoury & Sweet Treats can be pre-ordered.

Prices
The final balance is due 7 days before your event. Unfortunately, we are unable to hold dates without a deposit payment.
All payments should be made via bank transfer using the details provided.
Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is left in a clean, respectful condition following their event.
Any damage to the venue, furniture, equipment, décor, or fixtures caused by the Client or their guests will be chargeable.
Where additional cleaning, repairs, or replacement costs are required, The Cakesmith reserves the right to invoice accordingly following the event.
We kindly ask that all decorations, external suppliers, and event setups are discussed in advance to avoid accidental damage to the space.

Alcohol Policy
Alcohol may only be consumed within the venue if agreed in advance with The Cakesmith.
The Client is responsible for ensuring all guests drink responsibly and behave appropriately throughout the event.
The Cakesmith reserves the right to end an event or refuse service where behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. The Cakesmith accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries.
Children & Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times whilst on the premises.
The Cakesmith accepts no responsibility for accidents or injuries resulting from unsupervised children.
Noise & Music
We kindly ask that all music and noise levels remain respectful of neighbouring properties and surrounding businesses. The Cakesmith reserves the right to request volume reductions where necessary. All events must finish by the agreed end time unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Setup & Pack-Down Times
Access times for setup and pack-down will be agreed in advance and included within the booking period unless otherwise confirmed. Additional charges may apply for early access, extended hire periods, or late departures.
Overtime Charges
Events running beyond the agreed hire period may incur additional charges.
Overtime will be charged at a rate of £50 per hour unless agreed otherwise in advance.
Decorations & Candles
Decorations are welcome but must not cause damage to walls, furniture, or fixtures.
The use of nails, screws, confetti, glitter, or strong adhesives is not permitted.
Parking
Cars are parked at there own risk. The Cakesmith accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
