The auditorium is state of the art and a dynamic inspiring space, with fixed theatre style seating for 1,500 delegates (762 on the upper level and 738 on lower level). 210 sqm Aspect Bar with floor to ceiling windows. Dedicated production access and loading to stage level. Production storage area and two backstage green rooms. Built-in AV included in hire.

Host rules

Smoking:
In accordance with United Kingdom Law, ICC Wales is a non-smoking establishment. It is an offence to smoke or knowingly permit smoking inside any enclosed public areas. There are designated smoking areas outside, which we kindly ask guests to use. This also extends to the use of E-Cigarettes.

Illegal Drugs:
ICC Wales has a strict ‘no drugs policy’. The possession or use of illegal drugs is not permitted under any circumstances. Necessary action will be taken where a person is found to be in possession of, or using any illegal substance as defined by law.

Etiquette:
ICC Wales reserves the right to determine acceptable levels of noise and standards of behaviour.

Firearms and Weapons:
Firearms and other weapons whether authentic, replica or imitation, are not permitted in ICC Wales. The only exception to this prohibition is the inclusion of such items as part of an Exhibition or Display and in this instance there must be constant security and supervision provided

Personal Belongings:
Personal belongings of guests are stored at their own risk. Any items of particularly high value should be highlighted and there may be an option to store within the venue Security office.

Damage:
The customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to ICC Wales property or any part of it (including, without limitation, furnishings or equipment) as a result of any act or neglect of the customer. The customer shall pay ICC Wales on demand, the amount required to make good, or remedy any such damage.
All branding and signage sites are to be agreed by ICC Wales prior to installation. Any damage caused by inappropriate fixings will be the responsibility of the client.

Pets:
Pets are not permitted within ICC Wales - with the exception of guide dogs and disability assistance dogs.

Supervision of Children:
Children are to be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times and must not be left alone in any area of ICC Wales.
