About this space

This 18-person meeting room is available to book between 9 am and 5 pm for £150 per hour plus VAT. It features a large wooden table surrounded by green upholstered chairs and is equipped with an HD screen that connects via HDMI, with adapters provided. A Yealink videoconferencing camera offers wide-angle video capabilities, and the AV setup is plug-and-play for ease of use.

There is a whiteboard with pens mounted on the wall, and the room has fast WiFi. Guests can help themselves to tea and coffee, or choose to add serviced tea, coffee, and biscuits for £5 per person after the reservation is made. Catering options are also available post-booking. A support team is on-site to assist if needed.

The space includes large windows that bring in natural light and provide a view of surrounding buildings. The ceiling is industrial-style with exposed ducts and lighting, and there are a few indoor plants placed around the room.

The cancellation policy offers a full refund if cancelled more than 7 days in advance, a 50% refund if cancelled between 2 and 7 days in advance, and no refund for cancellations made less than 2 days before the booking.

Minimum Spend: £200 for meeting rooms. £500 for event spaces.
Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.
Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.
