We request our guests to provide attendee list at least 24 hours in advance.
Any catering/refreshment request should be sent via mail at least a week in advance from the event date.
Organisers are responsible for their guests and in case of any damage, costs will be invoiced to the organiser.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period

If you’re looking for a small but impressive meeting room for client meetings, our rooms are for you. The rooms include all the essentials that you’ll need – a TV, whiteboard, markers, and pens.
All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check-in and a £10 fee for every unexpected attendee.
Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
