The space features a clean, professional look with white walls, a large white conference table, and six chairs with light grey upholstery and wood-style frames. For visual interest, one wall is covered in an abstract pattern in shades of red and pink. The room also has a window that allows for natural light, grey carpeting, and a large potted plant.

For presentations and hybrid work, the room is well-equipped with a high-definition screen that has an HDMI connection and various adapters. A Yealink wide-angle videoconferencing camera and a conference phone are provided for plug-and-play use. Fast WiFi and a whiteboard with pens are also included.

The rental rate is £60 per hour plus VAT. This price includes self-serve tea and coffee. For an additional £5 per person, you can arrange for serviced tea, coffee, and biscuits. Full catering services are also available and can be booked after your reservation is confirmed. An on-site team is available to provide support during your booking.

Please note the cancellation policy: to receive a 100% refund, you must cancel more than seven days in advance. If you cancel between two and seven days before your booking, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than two days in advance are non-refundable.

Minimum Spend: £200 for meeting rooms. £500 for event spaces.
Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.
Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.
