The Garden Room at The Playhouse
About this space
The Garden Room offers a private, light-filled space suited for meetings, interviews, and team gatherings. Located on the first floor and accessed by stairs, it comfortably seats up to 12 people around a central meeting table. The room includes a 55" Smart TV for presentations, along with Wi-Fi and optional whiteboard or flipchart rental.
Self-serve tea, coffee, and water are included, and on-site catering can be arranged. A concierge is available during your booking to welcome guests and assist with logistics. Restroom facilities are available on the same level.
The space is available for weekday hire (excluding Bank Holidays). Bookings are available by the hour with a minimum hire of four hours: either a morning slot before 1pm or an afternoon slot after 1:30pm. Full-day hire runs up to 8 hours between 8am and 6pm. Requests for early or late access can be considered with notice.
Please note:
The room is not wheelchair accessible (stairs only).
Background noise must be kept minimal.
No smoking, open flames, or loud music allowed.
Fixings to walls are not permitted.
Access to kitchen and other event spaces is restricted without prior agreement.
Prices
Minimum of hire: Half day 4-hour. Half day hire is fixed timing for 4-hour before 1pm or 4-hour after 1.30pm. Otherwise it'd be considered as a full day hire.
The space is available to book by hourly one week in advance and subject to availability. Please contact us if you wish to book less than 4-hour.
