About this space

This meeting room accommodates up to 4 people and is available to book from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at a rate of £60 per hour plus VAT. The room is equipped with a wall-mounted HD screen, which supports HDMI connections and comes with adapters. There is also a whiteboard with pens and fast WiFi access. AV setup is plug-and-play.

Tea and coffee are available on a self-serve basis. You can also order serviced tea, coffee, and biscuits for £5 per person after booking. Catering options are available and can be arranged post-reservation. An on-site team is available if support is needed.

The space includes a light wooden rectangular table with four chairs that have beige fabric upholstery and light wooden frames. One wall features a yellow-and-white herringbone pattern, while the others are plain white. The room also includes multiple plug sockets along one wall, and the doors are light wood with glass panels.

Cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days in advance. A 50% refund applies to cancellations made between 2 and 7 days before the booking. Cancellations made less than 2 days in advance are non-refundable.

Minimum Spend: £200 for meeting rooms. £500 for event spaces.
Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.
Guest List: All bookings must contain a guest list. Failure to provide one may result in a delayed check in and £10 fee for every unexpected attendee. Please send the guest list over 24 hours ahead of your booking.
Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.
