Rooms and event spaces are available for up to 120 people. The rooms are suitable for meetings, standing reception, cabaret, and theatre-style events. Floor 11 can offer HYBRID meeting facilitation.
Up to 25 people can meet in each room in a boardroom setting, but when partition walls are removed the entire 11th floor can host 80 people in a formal seated setting or up to 120 for a social gathering (with use of the outdoor terrace space).

We can host breakfast meetings, weddings, civil partnership ceremonies and receptions, lunches, exhibitions, social events, performances, classes, interviews, IT learning, and bespoke events.
On the 11th floor is a glass-walled events room that can be used as three separate rooms or one large space. From the outdoor terrace, you can enjoy views of Granary Square, Camley Street Natural Park, and Kings Cross Lock. There are also meeting rooms on other floors.
5 Pancras Square is perfect for corporate awaydays, social functions, twilight meetings, conference events, and receptions for christenings and weddings.
