Location was good and convenient.

The price of refreshments (tea/coffee/croissants) were extortionate! We ordered Biscuits with our Tea/Coffee and were provided with Biscuits for Cheese which they charged us £28.00 for! I would not order refreshments again if booking the same venue.

Lovely space in a great location. Communication before and on the day was good. Conf facilities all worked

Camera for conf facilities was slightly obscured by the TV Service whilst attentive was a little slow at times.

Food was good. Location and room set up was excellent

Service was very poor. We waited an hour between starter and main and then again between main and dessert. Some members of the party had to leave before desert was served. Very disappointing. I accepted the discount awarded, but my committee were not happy that this lack of communication and service should not have happened and there was seemingly no manager/senior member of staff available to satisfactorily address our issues. I was hoping to book future meetings and events here, but I'm not confident that we won't have the same sort of issues

Great location and room was really well decorated with lots of railway memorabilia. good service by the team looking after us. The room meeting facilities - large screen with Clickshare was ideal for what we needed
