I was not very happy with the initial communication with events team, however once we were at the pub everything went great. The staff were amazing - friendly, professional and really went the extra mile. We had some issue with the TV but they really did their best to resolve it. They gave us (the event hosts) some wine on the house to congratulate us on our engagement. The room was very nice, with AC, a button for service, everything was arranged and prepared exactly like I requested. There were also some nice xmas decorations. Overall great experience and I would book again.
