FORCE MAJEURE - If Venue Group is prevented from performing any of its obligations under this Agreement by any event beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to war, strikes, industrial action short of a strike, lockouts, accidents, war, terrorism, threat of terrorism, fire, blockade, import or export, embargo obstruction, natural catastrophes, governmental dictated closures or other such obstacles) ("Force Majeure"), then Venue Groups obligations under this Agreement shall be suspended for so long as the Force Majeure continues and if the event of Force Majeure continues for more than 7 days or if Venue Group reasonably considers that the event of Force Majeure would result in the Event not being able to take place on its scheduled date, then Venue Group may terminate this Agreement without further liability and the hirer will receive a full refund of the security deposit within 14 days. Venue Group will have no liability to the Client and not be responsible for any loss or damage which maybe suffered by the Client or its guests, servants or contractors as a result of an event of Force Majeure.
